I have a wild imagination and a creative soul. My dreams & ideas are always big (bless my sweet husband's heart for believing in every crazy one of them with me)! I am a hopeless romantic who still believes in fairytales...but I believe it is up to us to create them!
I have always viewed the world through a cinematic lens and have longed for a way to freeze the priceless moments that are gone too soon. Having lost my Mom just before my 9th birthday, I learned early on how precious life is and how invaluable photos are, as I was only left with a handful of the two of us together (she, too, was always behind the lens). The gift of photography has allowed me to capture and preserve the magic in simple moments, forever.
My goal is to capture your portraits authentically, with all of their perfect imperfections. Every person has a different and unique story. I want your gallery to reflect you and where you are at in this point in your journey. On every one of my sessions, I strive to capture the happy, the messy and the pure light of each individual, and document it in bright, rich, true to life colors.
When I’m not behind the camera, you can typically find me on an outdoor adventure, spending time with my dreamboat husband and our five beautiful kiddos...who are full of smiles (most of the time), life (aka messes!) and lots and lots of love! My family has always come first, and the rest of my life fills in around them, creating a crazy, beautiful dance. As a Mama and an artist, I have truly found that photographs are the most meaningful and priceless artwork we will ever own!

My approach is natural. I will give you guided prompts & poses throughout your session but thrive off of organic & raw moments. I don't force them. My photographic style is built around natural light and the chemistry my couples and families share with one another. Your story is as unique as your fingerprint so every session will tell a different story! I promise we will get those posed shots, but I want to be sure and capture the real "moments". The in-between, unscripted, & raw photos that you'll look back on time and time again.
